Shipping information: As soon as we received cleared funds we will ship your goods generally same business day or the next. In Australia we offer the following shipping options:
Satchels transported by either Fastway or Couriersplease
Satchels are insured, but this shipment option is not available to all locations at standard satchel costs. Should you find that this option can not be selected, but if you know that Fastway or Couriersplease deliver in your area, please ask us by email for a quotation. For this shipping option also an actual address is required, PO Boxes are not possible.
Satchel by Australia Post This shipment option is available for all of Australia and also for PO Boxes.Australia Post does not offer insurance for satchel shipments
Registered Parcel by Australia Post or by Courier Service Parcels are all insured, either ship by Fastway or Couriersplease or as registered parcel with Australia Post. When the goods are shipped the risk of transport and loss is with the customer - therefore we recommend to choose a shipment option including transport insurance.
Overseas shipment outside Australia
Overseas we ship by Australia Post International Air Parcel , either registered or just unregistered and uninsured. Risk of transport and loss is with the customer - if an insurance is requested we can arrange this upon email request. Please contact us if you are interested in insured shipment for the additional costs. We recommend to use the registered version as then at least the postoffice has to have proof of the delivery of the products.
Return Policy: While we have stringent quality requirements on our threads and check for obvious defects before shipment it will happen in exceptional cases that there will be product defects which did not find our attention. All products shall be returned to us at: OSGas Pty Ltd., Embroidery & Sewing Threads Division, PO Box 132, Kenmore QLD 4069 at customer expense. Please advise us the reason of the return and the requested remedy, replacement, credit or exchange. We will review the return and inform you if we accept the return. Before sending items back, please contact us by email.
Please check content of deliveries upon arrival and report any discrepancies in quantity and colour within 3 weeks and in quality within 3 months.
